REFUND POLICY

The buyer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days after conclusion of the contract. The successful completion of an order in the online shop shall be deemed a successful conclusion of the contract. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods (if they have already been processed). If the goods arrive after the withdrawal, you as the buyer are obliged to return them (at your own expense). The refund of the purchase price will only be made after receipt and inspection of the goods. Defective or used items are not eligible for refund (for defective items see below).

Complaints must be sent to tenawave.group@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt of the delivery, together with a photo of the evidence. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims at TENAWAVES discretion (return, reduction, replacement). The postage for a possible return, for the purpose of exchange or repair of the defects, you take over as a buyer. 

 

Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery or defective goods. TENAWAVE decides on the warranty claims. The customer will be notified immediately of the decision.
